Non-discrimination code

HLB:

  1. Prohibits any discrimination based on gender, nationality, alleged or “so-called” race, skin color, national or ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, birth, wealth, religion or belief, political opinion, language, current or future health condition, disability, physical or gender identity and expression, gender reassignment or social origin.
  2. Makes the necessary efforts to provide equal opportunities for all in recruitment, training and promotion.
  3. Provides reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities to enable them to participate on an equal basis.
  4. Ensures that employees in the company treat each other and others with mutual respect.
  5. Attempts to prevent any discriminatory behavior in the workplace and will combat and punish any such behavior should it occur.
  6. Informs its customers/suppliers that questions or wishes of a discriminatory nature will not be taken into account and that discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
  7. Commits to take the necessary measures to communicate the provisions of this non-discrimination code to all employees, including the display of this code in a place that is easily accessible to employees, so that it is clearly visible and legible .
